Your Christmas doesn’t have to be hectic and hurried. With some thought and intention, you can make the most out of what you’ve been given this Christmas season.
Journaling is a great way to reflect on what you want from this season. How do you want your home to feel? What stresses you out and how can you do less of that? What do you love about this season and how can you incorporate more of that this year?
Your 2020 Christmas may be different than any other year before, but that doesn’t mean you cannot find contentment here. Instead of focusing on what should be, focus on what can be.
Use these daily journaling prompts to help you decide what it is you want out of this season for you and your family. You have permission to do that any year, but especially this year, no one can blame you for trying to find some peace in the chaos.
Give yourself grace with this list. If you cannot journal every day, just choose the ones that you like the best on the days that you can write. If you don’t like a prompt, just skip it and choose one you do like!
